Velvet Vespers — Returns & Refunds

At Velvet Vespers, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because our products are fulfilled through our international fulfillment partners, our return process works a little differently from traditional retail.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • Photos showing the product's size, color, or other relevant details when applicable

Please do not send the item back before contacting us. We must first review the issue and provide return instructions if a return is necessary.

If the issue is confirmed, Velvet Vespers will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

You will not be responsible for return shipping when the issue was caused by an incorrect, defective, or damaged item.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Because our products are fulfilled through our suppliers, we are unable to offer automatic refunds or exchanges simply because an item does not fit, you selected the wrong size, or you changed your mind.

For clothing, we strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before ordering.

If you need to return an item for another reason, please contact us before sending anything back. We will review the request and, when a return is available, provide the appropriate return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Please note that approved customer-requested returns may need to be shipped internationally at the customer's expense.

Returns

If a return is approved:

  1. Contact Velvet Vespers before shipping the item.

  2. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

  3. Ship the item using the instructions provided.

  4. Keep your tracking information until the return has been resolved.

  5. Once the return has been received and approved, we will process the applicable refund.

Return shipping costs for customer-requested returns are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Condition of Returned Items

Where a return is approved, items should be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of use

  • Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise used may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

The amount and timing of a refund may depend on the circumstances of the return and the resolution provided by our fulfillment partner.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate the shipment with our fulfillment partner.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Velvet Vespers cannot guarantee refunds for packages returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders may be processed quickly by our fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to assist you.

Please contact Velvet Vespers before sending any item back. Do not send returns directly to our fulfillment partner or any address you find online, as the return may not be properly associated with your order.
